If the answer you’re after isn’t below, write to us. Every brief is different and we read each one personally.
- How far in advance?
- For weddings, six to twelve months is comfortable. For villa dinners, two weeks is usually enough; we can sometimes move faster.
- Where do you cater?
- All of Phuket, with regular work in Phang Nga (Khao Lak, Natai) and Krabi. Further afield by arrangement.
- Minimum guest count?
- No fixed minimum — we cook intimate dinners for two as readily as receptions for five hundred.
- Tastings?
- Yes, at SUAY Restaurant or Alchemy Phuket, once the brief is signed. Three to five courses, accompanied by Chef Tammasak.
- Dietary & allergens?
- Handled in full — vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, allergies. We track each guest separately and the kitchen is briefed accordingly.
